Christine Eisenhower

Senior Financial Advisor, CFP®

Christine is a CFP™ (Certified Financial Planner) and CPA. She holds a degree in accounting and an MBA in Finance from Regis University. Christine brings over 25 years of experience in professional finance. Christine completed her CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) at the College for Financial Planning in 2014. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) and Divorce Planner. Christine is grateful for professional relationships built on trust and service. She is particularly attracted to providing women with education, resources and confidence to feel positive support through their financial journeys.

Christine serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Blue Anchor leading the firm in investment strategies and major portfolio construction.

Christine loves to exercise, read, and spend time with her family.

Matt Eisenhower

Senior Financial Advisor, CRPC®

Matt is a CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor). He completed his CFP (Certified Financial Planning) Certification Professional Education Program at the College for Financial Planning in 2019 and passed the FINRA series 65 exam.

Matt has more than 20 years leadership in charitable non-profit organizations including investing and managing financial endowments. He holds a B.S. in Human Biology and an advanced degree in Cardiovascular Technology from Geneva College, and a Master of Divinity degree from Northeastern Seminary. Matt serves as CEO of Blue Anchor.

Matt loves fishing, coaching baseball, and spending time with his six boys.

Fiona Capell

Financial Advisor & Systems Manager

Fiona graduated with honors from Seattle Pacific University, earning a BBA in Business Administration and Information Systems. She began her career as a Loan Signing Agent in Bellevue, WA, where she gained valuable experience in client relations and meticulous financial processes. She later advanced to roles in operations and systems management, playing a key role in the success of technology startups in the greater Seattle area.

A passionate advocate for personal finance, Fiona joined Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors in January 2024. Her dedication, expertise, and commitment to learning earned her a role as a Financial Advisor. Fiona enjoys working with younger clients, particularly entrepreneurs and women in tech, helping them navigate their unique financial journeys. She is currently completing her Certified Financial Planner coursework through the College for Financial Planning.

Outside of work, Fiona enjoys exploring Central Oregon with her partner Mike and their two dogs.

Wayne Trana

Financial Advisor & Employer-Based Retirement Plan Specialist

Wayne brings 24 years of expertise in real estate and mortgage lending as a certified residential appraiser, specializing in appraisals for lending, estate planning, and divorce cases. Concurrently, Wayne has developed a strong focus on employer-based retirement plans design and administration through his work as a TPA (Third Party Administrator).

Wayne attended the University of Lincoln Nebraska, where he pursued studies in electrical engineering and actuarial science. In July 2024, Wayne joined Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors as a Financial Advisor, bringing his diverse skill set to the team.

Outside of the office, Wayne enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, riding two-wheelers through the woods, and coaching functional fitness in their home gym—helping to balance his love for donuts and coffee!

Katherine Tatsuda

Financial Advisor

Katherine brings a lifetime of business experience to Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors. Growing up in Ketchikan, Alaska, her family owned and operated a supermarket for 104 years. Katherine started working as a cashier at age 16 and worked her way through every area of the business, eventually becoming CEO. Through this journey, she gained invaluable experience in leadership, business development, operational excellence, responsible money management, and wealth building.

In early 2020, a tragedy struck when a massive rockslide permanently closed the family store. This loss became a catalyst for Katherine to pursue a career that blends her love for helping others, her business experience, and her passion for learning. She is currently studying for the Series 65 exam, after which she will become a Financial Advisor, eager to help clients achieve their financial goals. Katherine is also an experienced business development and leadership consultant, coach, and trainer.

Katherine is a mother of three and enjoys hiking, traveling, acting, and being active in her community.

Tawnya studied Business Administration at Wenatchee Valley College in Washington. She brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, holding licenses in property/casualty and life/health, with specialized certifications in flood, business, and banking lines. Additionally, Tawnya is a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Alaska.

At Blue Anchor, Tawnya’s primary focus is on providing operational support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our team’s efforts. She also serves as the office manager in Ketchikan, AK, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.

In her personal life, Tawnya finds joy in kayaking at sunset, cherishing family dinners, and supporting the aspirations of her loved ones.
